Negroni recipe

25ml Bathtub Gin

25ml Campari

25ml Martini Rosso sweet vermouth

Stir over ice and then strain into a glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel ('express' over top by giving it a little squeeze, and then simply plonk it in).
