Sayers of the Law Bottling Note

The abomination rears its head once again. Here's the second release in Lost Spirits' Abomination series. It's similar to the first release in that it's a heavily-peated malt spirit aged initially in used bourbon casks for 12 to 18 months, but after that it was aged in the reactor at the Lost Spirits laboratory along with charred American oak seasoned with late harvest Riesling (Chapter 1 featured toasted American oak).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Burning oak, cacao powder, honeydew melon, roasted figs.

Lost Spirits Abomination Chapter 2 - Sayers of the Law Reviews

Amazing pioneer of malt magicians

Be aware this is incredible . I bought chapter 1 which is a toasted piece of magic. Chapter 2 is more serious. Darker. Peatier. Char tasting. Brine and smoke. Forget the people telling you its not a real whisky. But it tricks you into thinking its a 20 year old malt. Buy it.
