Nose: Soft waves of toasted oak, with sweet hints of roasted coffee bean and savoury notes of peppered steak. Chocolate ice-cream and cranberry later on.
Palate: Liquorice root, vegetal smoke developing into corn-on-the-cob on the BBQ. There's still a hint of berry sweetness hidden in here.
Finish: Hot clove and sawdust, with some chocolate raisin a few minutes afterwards.
