B.M.I. Bolivian Coffee
The answer Butch should have given Sundance, when he asked "What could they have here that you could possibly want to buy?", should have been "Caturra, Criolla and Typica coffee beans, of course"!
Luckily, the crazy sorts at Batshit Mental Ideas knew better, and used these Bolivian goodies to produce this Cold-Infused, Cold-Distilled Coffee! The beans were grown on the Finca David Vilca estate in Bolinda at an altitude of 1570 - 1600m.
Roasted on 31/8/12, brewed on 5/9/12 and distilled on 6/9/12, the higher acidic compounds that make fresh-roasted fresh-ground coffee totally different to regular ground coffee are preserved. Batshit Mental Ideas... Who are those guys?
Nose: You can dive right into this one, freeze-dried apple, Walnut Whip and orange zest.
Palate: Juniper notes support the coffee on the palate with more delicious Walnut Whip.
Finish: Chocolate and mocha.
Overall: A coffee and a Walnut Whip in a glass? Sounds alright to me. Chuck in some orange and juniper and it's crazy good!
