The Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit folks have expanded their sights and created a range of non-alcoholic aperitifs under the Æcorn name! Made with a combination of English Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, the Dry expression also features clary sage, chamomile, black tea and quassia. You'll want to serve this in a spritz, garnished with a good slice of lemon.
