A triple distilled Sotol, individually numbered with the barrel and bottles numbers. This was produced by Hacienda de Chihuahua, and aged in a French barrel. The result was a fantastic spirit which won a Gold at the 2006 San Francisco International Spirits Competition.

Beautiful and best neat.
Very smooth, easy drinking with none of the end sour notes of a standard tequila. Great for shots but I would not squander it and use to make cocktails.
