Barbadillo Fino Bottling Note

A great aperitif fino sherry from Barbadillo. This has a wonderfully nutty flavour and goes superbly well with light fish dishes.

Barbadillo Fino Sherry Reviews

Re:Barbadillo Fino Sherry

Fino sherries will turn to vinegar, even with refrigeration, a week after opening - much different from olorossos, which can keep for months after opening.

Lovely smooth sherry. One of the nicest finos I have tasted in my limited experience. The previous reviewer should realise that fino is still just a wine and has tobe consumed fairly quickly. Mine will be!

Barbadillo Fino Sherry

Bought this as I love sherry and my regular brand was not in stock. How great is this? I thought. The real stuff from Spain! First taste: dry and astringent. OK. After one week, it turned into something akin to paint thinner or nail polish remover. Down the drain it went. Never again. Disgusting stuff.
