The rice used to make this comes from the Special A Zone, one of the finest designations for rice growing. It was polished until just 40% of the grain remained. The results are crisp and sophisticated.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A fruity nose on this that retains the crispness you look for in a good sake.

Palate: More fresh fruits with apple at the fore. Peaches and apricots and some banana.

Finish: Finishes quite quickly, the fruit concluding in a crisp flourish.

Overall: A very good value sake with a lot to hold one’s interest.
