World's End Dark Blend Bottling Note

A dark rum blend from those World's End folks, this one brings together rum from the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica and Panama. Whew, what a spread! The result is a spirit with a rather powerful flavour profile, ideal for those tiki cocktails you've been planning, or just to be enjoyed over ice.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Gently sweet notes of vanilla and caramel alongside a grassy undertone, brown sugar and baking spices.

World's End Dark Blend Rum Reviews

Will not bother with it again.

Not sure why this is called a dark rum? It's a golden rum to my eyes. On my bottle it says it's a blend of Jamaican and Dominican rum, no mention of all the other sources listed in the description above?
I'm not a tasting expert. I either like something or I don't. This one tastes very bland to me and the bottle was full of sediment. I've never seen that in a bottle of rum before! I think there are far, far better rums out there for the same or lower price. I won't be rushing out to buy another bottle.
