Faithful Rum is the team's take on a classic white rum, inspired by the expressions produced in Jamaica. Following a long fermentation and double distillation in Scratch's pot still, this expression is bottled up without maturation at 43% ABV, offering up vibrant notes of vanilla, baking spices, and crunchy brown sugar.
