Plantation Peru 2006
This is a Peruvian rum from the Plantation range, which was distilled back in 2006. It was first allowed to age in Peru for 11 years, before making its way over to France for another three years of maturation. Packed full of rich, chocolatey notes, alongside robust oaky tannins.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Dark chocolate mousse, with a smidge of red chilli flake underneath. Mahogany and pine, followed by a splash of juicy tropical fruit sweetness.
