The Kraken 2018 Release Bottling Note

A limited edition bottling of The Kraken Spiced Black Rum, presented in a ceramic bottle that looks like it was wrestled from the hands (tentacles?) of some great sea beast. We don't really know why sea beasts love to claim people things. They tend to take stuff that isn't even useful underwater, like ancient boats and leather armchairs and the like. Very strange. Anyway, no sea beasts swiped these excellent bottles from Kraken, and they're filled with tasty spiced rum! Ideal.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spicy and rich with notes of vanilla and toffee apples. Hints of lime and cinnamon too.

Palate: Dark, rich palate. Thick with molasses and tar, and a barrage of cinnamon, golden syrup, nutmeg and charred oak.

Finish: Long, very spicy finish.
