Greensand Ridge 18 Months Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company)
This is That Boutique-y Rum Company's very first bottling of rum from the Greensand Ridge Distillery! Greensand Ridge produces a host of spirits, from gin and apple brandy, to the rum right here. Interestingly, the fermentation of the distillery's rum also includes a bit of dunder from previous distillations, a method more usually seen in Jamaican rum production. This expression was matured for 18 months in a cask that previously contained the distillery's apple brandy, as hinted at on the label, making for a... Wait, is that the squirrel from the Greensand Ridge That Boutique-y Gin Company bottling...? Uh oh...

Nose
Tangy citrus and cherry, paired with butterscotch and a hint of leafy green notes.
Palate
Yet more citrus fruits, with ginger, apricot and peach in tow.
Finish
The green, leafy notes from the nose return, paired with lemon cheesecake sweetness.
