Nose: Vanilla, milk chocolate and soft toffee provide a succulent opening which is joined by fizzing white pepper, with touches of ginger and nutmeg underneath. Coconut and banana add an extra, tropical dimension and the nose progresses.
Palate: More chocolate and vanilla emerge on the palate, with lemon peel and stone fruits in support. Lively oak and a touch of smoke linger below.
Finish: Some pepper and ginger remain among a hint of lime zest.
