If you fancy finding out about each of those stills and the spirits they produce, the Single Still range was made for you, as it features rum distilled in each still presented unblended. This particular edition was distilled in the Versailles single wooden pot still, and offers up an enjoyably chocolatey flavour profile.

This just tastes like chocolate. Like seriously. I dunno what sort of shifty nonsense they were up to to make a rum that tastes like chocolate without being flavoured but they did it and it worked.
Yeah sure its 85 quid, but let's be honest, you've spent more on worse, haven't you?
