It is brought down to bottling strength with demineralised water slowly - drop by drop - over a period of 28 days.
Nose Hints of oak and morello cherry. Orange blossom honey, dried cranberries and hints of smoke.
Palate Cigar leaves, Demerara sugar, manuka honey, cooked fruit and pepper. Spiced.
Finish Cinnamon and cedar wood.
