Caliche Rum is awesome both inside and out, founded by none other than Rande Gerber and Roberto Serrallés. Produced at Destileria Serrallés in Puerto Rico, the five times distillied white rum is in fact aged using a solera system, though it's then charcoal filtered to remove any colour from the ageing process.
