Cabal No.1513 Rum Bottling Note

Developed through the combined input of industry experts, rum aficionados, and consumers, the folks at Cabal Rum came up with No.1513 – a fantastic expression indeed! Following extensive taste tests and feedback, the final blend comprises aged rums from distilleries in Guatemala, Guyana, Trinidad, Panama, and the Caribbean. These rums are blended and finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, before bottling without chill-filtration and with no added colour. Indulgent and finely balanced, this is an excellent sipper, which can be enjoyed by rum experts and explorers alike!

A great marrage from the Caribbean By Speyside

I got this last Sat morning 11th Dec oppened it at 6.00pm it sat in the airing glass 15min the nose is light, the tast is soft, plesant, with a little bite and long dry legs. There is no stand out flavour hitting you just that plesant warm soft glow you get from a very well bleded marrage finnished with Pedro Ximenez casks I guess. Another arrival to add to my growing collection to enjoy over Christmas Holiday Tanks to Speyside.
