I recently had the pleasure of trying Bullion Spiced Rum, and it blew my mind. The unique blend of spices creates a flavour that's truly unparalleled in the rum flavour world. It's smooth and sophisticated, with just the right amount of sweetness. If you're looking for a standout spirit, Bullion is it.

Just bought the range for our bar as we wanted something different and we are so impressed by Bullions range, they all taste and look so good. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with this, the branding got me as it was part of a conversation starter so we ordered a bottle. As a sipping rum on the rocks I’m actually very impressed and will be trying Bullions other flavours

Delicious tasting rum

This rum is delicious, I had it as a birthday present, I’ve never heard of it before and it’s so good! Would highly recommend!

No idea what the other reviewers have been drinking but I found it overly sweet, lacks a decent rum flavour and very artificial in every respect.

The bottle and branding is at best cliched and in reality lacks style, all front and no substance, so in many ways reflects the product inside.

On paper I should not like Bullion Rum because I’m not a huge fan of spiced rums, nor truth be told salted caramel. But this rum doesn’t offend me, in fact I’d say it’s quite nice, especially when mixed with Coca-Cola. The reason why I like this rum is because the salted caramel is sweet enough to satisfy my sugar craving. And maybe more importantly, the heat generated from whatever spices have been used to give this rum it’s kick, is not too searing. Drank neat I think this rum is just about tolerable. On the palate you get an instant hit of sweetness coming from the caramel, coupled with a slight warming sensation arising from the spices. But the alcohol burn is a tad excessive for my liking, that’s why I’m not overly keen on this neat. However it’s a different story when mixed with Coca-Cola. As a long drink this rum is a different animal. The Coca-Cola has two major impacts on Bullion. Firstly, it makes the caramel snap, making the rum taste even sweeter and more delicious. And secondly, the coke calms down the spices and the alcohol burn, making this rum much more enjoyable and indeed dangerously moreish.

I bought this rum as I’ve heard amazing things about it and it really did not disappoint. The rum is smooth with no burn and a delicious taste and after taste. This is now in my top 3 spiced rums.
