Palate: Buttery and sweet with butterscotch, Demerara sugar, manuka honey and wafts of wood smoke.

Complex nose, and a really nice mouthfeel.Absolutely perfect in a maple old fashioned, or just neat on the rocks in a smoking jacket - tobacco pipe optional, a nice change from bourbon 9every now and again).
