Nose: Rich notes of bourbon, charred oak and hints of oily rye spice. The vermouth is present, with sweet cherry and pepper.
Palate: Peppery, cherry-led palate with toasted oak and cassia bark. A little red berry note develops with mixed herbs and peppermint.
Finish: Oily, spicy finish with a little oregano. Pepper.
Overall: Perfectly balanced with a big spicy core - a very fine Manhattan!
