Mac & Wild Solstice Bottling Note
This ready to drink, whisky-based bottled cocktail from Mac & Wild is handcrafted in small batches by Edinburgh-based, experienced mixologist Luke Leiper, who used only locally sourced ingredients to create a flavour profile inspired by the Scottish Highlands.
A Scottish twist on the well-known fruit cup, the Highland Solstice is made using base ingredients of Copper Dog whisky, sweet vermouths and triple sec which is macerated and flavoured with verbena, cucumber, bergamot & strawberries.
Mac & Wild recommend a serve of 50ml of Highland Solstice which can be topped up with either lemonade or ginger ale, or both, in a highball with ice which is garnished with mint and strawberries.
