This colourful creation comes from Port experts Cockburn's, and is called White Heights – because it's a white Port! Made with grapes drawn from a small selection of high-altitude vineyards, this is a medium dry affair, with bright acidity and tropical notes. An absolute winner in a Port & Tonic, we say.
