Pink Gin

Historically, pink gin was simply a tot of Plymouth Gin, furnished with a dash of Angostura bitters, perhaps with a wedge of lemon thrown in for good measure. It was boozy, savoury, and robust – not for the faint of heart. Today’s pink gins are very different: many are sweet and fruity, and some even have enough sugar to be called gin liqueurs.
