Pierde Almas Conejo Bottling Note

This Pierde Almas is somewhat similar in style to Pechuga tequila, in that it is double distilled and then blended with a selection of fruits, herbs and nuts. However, the difference for the Conejo comes in what type of meat is suspended in the bell of the still - for the Pechuga it was turkey, for the Conejo, it's rabbit. The Mezcal is distilled again, the additions imparting a depth of flavour that compliments the smoky characteristics of the spirit.

Pierde Almas Conejo 2013 Reviews

All Tequila IS Mezcal, but Mezcal is NOT Tequila

Tequila is NOT made as a pechuga. Ever,

That is the domain of the palanqueros de Oaxaca. Period!
