Sorry about this...

We can't actually ship Mezcal Vago Espadín (50.8%) to the United States at the moment (although we're working hard to fix that).

In the meantime, our friends over at The Whisky Shop might be able to help you out.

Thank you for your support and understanding 🙂

Vago Espadín (50.8%) Bottling Note

From the Vago brand comes this joven mezcal, made with 100% Espadín agave by mezcalero Emigdio Jarquín in Oaxaca. This artisanal mezcal is made by crushing the agave with a traditional stone tahona wheel pulled by a mule before it is cooked and distilled. The spirit was hand bottled in Oaxaca at 50.8% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Crisp smoky agave, with an oily note alongside sweet caramel, mint, fruity banana and anise, with a mineral finish.

Great espadin

The smell is smoke perfectly balanced with mint and agave. At 50.8% it is surprisingly clean on the palate with an initial burn that gives way to a fresh mint followed by a good amount of smoke and agave. It finishes long with mint and smoke plus a good oily earthy warmth. My favorite mezcal to date.
