Del Mageuy Taviche Bottling Note
A limited edition Mezcal from Del Maguey, made using three different types of wild agave - Espadin, Tobala and Tobasiche. Happily enough, the bottle informs us that the roasted hearts of these plants were "ground by two men using giant mallets". Which is, you know, exciting. Ace stuff, plenty of intriguing nuttiness, toasty fruits, chocolate and tarragon notes.
