Back with a fresh new bottle design, and bottled up at a slightly higher strength than is the previous iteration – Bruadar is a Scottish malt whisky liqueur, formerly known as Scottish Highland. Bruadar is the Scottish Gaelic word for "dream", and with its flavour profile of honey and sloe berries, this dreamily smooth liqueur is wonderfully well balanced without being overly sweet.
Honeyed, rich nose with floral aromas, hints of porridge oats and berry fruit.
A tangy palate with huge sloe notes, a hint of damson jam, malt and spice.
Spicy, malty finish. Puckering berry fruits…
I have bought this whisky liqueur a few times now and it does not disappoint. It is great on its own or in a cocktail! It's my go to on a Friday after work 10/10 recommend to those with a sweet tooth!
Best Whisky liquor on the market! I normally drink this with ice, but recently iv been putting it in cocktails which is delicious! I cant wait to try their chocolate truffle recipe! It sounds perfect for Christmas! happy customer :)
I don’t drink. I don’t even like whiskey. But this stuff is like nectar from heaven. I must admit I found that the older style bottles had more variance in flavour which I liked, it had that small batch feel. Sometimes it was sweet, sometimes smokey. The newer stuff is more consistent, which will suit some people better. It’s still amazing, but feels more like a large production product now.
This is an amazing treat ,finding out the word Bruadar is Scottish Gaelic for dream, sums it up so well. We welcome the day we first discovered this honeyed drink.
One of the best single malt whisky liquors I have ever tasted .totaly amazing first taste to the last taste . Dangerously moreish
