House of Koshu O'Cha Japanese Green Tea Liqueur - 1950s Reviews

A unique, not too sweet, but well integrated bitters liqueur

Color is deep Brown / black with thin layers looking green; on the nose there is strong smell of seaweed-the one used in sushi. delicate medicinal medium sweet reminiscent of prunes, finish more medicinal combination of prunes, sushi seaweed and bitters. Everything is well integrated with the finish that is long lingering Tried it on July 18, 2021 from a miniature bottle with green lettering golden neck label that stated: US proof 50. Imported by the House of Koshu, Beverly Hills, Calif. Artificial coloring added.
