Hedgepig Cambridge Gage Bottling Note

From Hedgepig, creators of premium English fruit gin liqueurs, comes this bottling of Cambridge Gage, which oddly enough was created with Cambridge gage. It's a member of the plum family noted for its sweet honey taste, which is said to descend from plants imported into England from France in 1724 by Sir William Gage of Bury St Edmunds. It's delicious served over ice and is said to accompanies cheese particularly well.

Supple honeyed sweetness is joined by dark berry notes and a little floral element.
