I have 1/2 bottle if the old recipe ginger liqueur left, and 3 recipe books. I'm afraid to touch either. There are so many fans of the old recipe starving for its come back. Is there any way to get it produced again? I'm sure it would be a profitable venture.

the best liqueur i have ever had the priviledge to taste and use to cook with sad to have seen it discontinued the new Domaine de Canton is good but just not enough ginger as with the original also the new is made from crystalized giner and not six ginger roots. but still not overerly a bad replacement for the original just need to add fresh ginger to bring up the ginger taste when cooking with it

I won a bottle yesterday at my sons charity fun day on the tombola, 5 tickets for a pound. I opened it on that day and shared a few glasses with two elderly freinds. I couldn't believe it when i googled it and saw how much it is now selling for, we now have three quarters of a bottle left so will savour every drop.
