Flavor has a mellow pecan overtone, great with ice cream or on its own. I had to shake the bottle to get it to flow, was congealed but that didn't affect the taste and after shaking it was good to go. knocking off 1/2 star because it didn't say shake before use on the bottle.

When I opened the bottle, less than an ounce of liquid came out. I shone a light into the bottle and everything was a congealed mass. Apparently the cream coagulated and no, I didn't taste any of the liquid. I want my money back.

Crema de Sotol is amazing! It's a sophisticate's version of Bailey's Irish Cream - only with agave liquor replacing the whiskey.
