Aelder is made from an array of Scottish botanicals mixed with foraged elderberries and blended with the whisky for an unctuous, warming drop that’s both wonderfully sippable on its own and fabulously versatile as a cocktail ingredient.
Aelder opens with a sumptuous punch of blackberry notes, before the elderberry comes through. The warming whisky underpins proceedings with an oaky vanilla influence. Smooth, complex and mouthfilling.
