Blackdown Elderberry Liqueur

Sorry about this...

We can't actually ship Blackdown Elderberry Liqueur to the United States at the moment (although we're working hard to fix that).

In the meantime, our friends over at The Whisky Shop might be able to help you out.

Thank you for your support and understanding 🙂

Blackdown Elderberry Bottling Note

Elderberry liqueur is often a treat made at home, or at least it was back in time. For us unlucky souls without time machines, Blackdown Spirits have started bottling their own. Seductively sweet and supremely nostalgic, the Sussex Elderberry Liqueur is like a tasty time machine in itself.

Blackdown Elderberry Liqueur Reviews

First tasting.. not sure.

This "port" has a molasses nose, a sticky and earthy palate with a fruity of slightly cloying finish. I don't see this as a realistic alternative to Port. Would not buy again as I will only ever use it to make a Kir Roysle.

Like heaven!

We first tasted this gorgeous elderberry port at @Isaac in Brighton and again last weekend at Market we're hooked. It's smooth, deep, viscous loveliness is a perfect end to a meal - I'm not a dessert persons so I had this with a hunk of crumbly goat cheese. Perfect!
