Warner's Honeybee Gin 43% Bottling Note

Warner's Honeybee Gin is built around an infusion of locally-sourced honey, including honey from the distiller's very own hives on their farm! Other botanicals include a trio of citrus peels (grapefruit, orange and lemon), elderflower, hibiscus, cinnamon and cardamom, among others. A summery sipper, this.

Warner's Honeybee Gin

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Light citrus freshness, with waves of honey sweetness developing alongside vibrant floral elements. A hint of almost Christmas-y spice appears right on the finish.

Warner's Honeybee Gin (43%) Reviews

Best gin I’ve ever tasted

This is my favourite gin of all time. I bought it after a complete stranger saw me looking at it in Waitrose & told me it was the most fantastic gin she’d ever tasted. That was last summer. I haven’t looked back since then & having tasted several other gins in the meantime nothing compares with the delicious taste of Honeybee gin. Even in the depths of winter it brings back memories of warm summer evenings with bees buzzing round the lavender & the taste of sunshine. Perfect

Its ok but isnt a repeat purchase

After having the Warner Edwards Victoria Rhubarb gin, I was expecting great things but frankly this disappoints. The honey is subtle, I fail to detect it. When compared to gins I drink at the start of the night Tanqueray 10, Roku, Hendricks or WEVR, this just doesn't sit in the same league for me. This has become an end of night clearance item for people who want gin but have gone past the point of being able to taste the difference.

A perfect combination

This gin is one that can be drunk neat or with a mixer. I don't normally drink gin but bought this for my Sister in-law as she enjoys a tipple. She was kind enough to offer me a glass and I would say its light, refreshing with a touch of sweetness, a perfect combination.

Summer in a bottle

This gin is summer in a bottle. Smooth as new mown grass, it tastes of butter and honey. A wonderful summer drink, but equally on a dark winters day it brings back wonderful sunshine memories.
