Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rose Turkish Delights, elderflower cordial and Witch-hazel solution provide a complex, floral and sweet opening. Citrus blossom, soft juniper and a little anise add depth.

Palate: Soft and spicy juniper leads with hints of rose petal jam, honey and a touch of liquorice underneath. A little pink grapefruit bitterness and some spice from cardamom and cubeb emerge with time.

Finish: Warming spiced citrus notes linger.

Overall: All in all, rather delightful stuff. Apart from the death of the King. Obviously...
