A handcraft gin from Terlingham Vineyard in Folkestone, made from the most quintessential of English grape varieties, Bacchus. It’s been made with the help of nearby Rebel Distillers, with locally sourced botanicals including rhubarb, nettle, and juniper to create a classic dry gin then the magic ingredient – Terlingham’s Bacchus wine – and a touch of honey.

Stick it in the Freezer!
The wine gives almost a vermouth-like finish, so I stuck the bottle in the freezer and created a Duke-style Martini..... Ah Yum!

My new go to gin
Such a delicious and delicate gin, all the botanicals complement each other so nicely. I combined mine with some top shelf tonic and a sprig of fresh mint. Amazing.

Delicious and unique!
