This is the Strane London Dry Gin Uncut Strength - a particularly intense Swedish gin which has been bottled at an eye-watering 76% ABV. Made with the same botanical selection as their classic strength expression, including basil, garden mint, sage, lime rind, lemon flesh and more, though obviously with a much higher ABV. Ought to stand out in a cocktail, though make you sure dilute it well!

I have previously bought this gin (a bottle for me and a bottle as a gift) purely for curiosity value (because of its strength. However, it is a complete surprise. This definitely ISN'T the Jeremy Clarkson of gin (all punch and high revs) this is subtle and deep and fresh. This really isn't at all what you would expect. Beware though, a pricy habit, but a wonderful special occasion gin
