Made originally as a one-way teleportation device, designed to transport you all the way to a Californian forest, the Terroir Gin from St. George Spirits didn't really work.
However, when they decided to keep it as simply a highly evocative gin, bursting with Californian aromas like Douglas Fir, Coastal sage and Californian bay laurel, it became a rip-roaring success! We gave some to our junior content writer and he appears to have developed an acute paranoia about nearby Grizzly bears. Success!

I'm not usually a gin kind of guy, but it's growing on me - slowly. That said, this gin really got me drinking the stuff. I find it goes very well with citrus flavors, and gives a very piney twist to a Martini (with a twist of lemon). The guys and gals at St. George are fun to deal with and they love their products. This is one of the better spirits they make, in my opinion.
