From the very same creators of Sharish Blue Magic Gin comes this limited edition Sharish Dark Sky Gin, a collaboration with the Dark Sky Alqueva Reserve, a stargazing tourist destination in Portugal. The gin itself contains 14 botanicals, including juniper, vanilla, cinnamon, coriander and lemon verbena, all macerated for at least one month. Only 2,662 bottles were released worldwide. The bottle is, of course, as funky as ever.
Juniper forward, layers of orange and lemon citrus with a pinch of cinnamon spice and earthy coriander.
