This handcrafted London dry gin from Roundwood was inspired by the woodlands that surround the distillery in Cambridgeshire (in a building that was formerly a barn). It took two years of experimenting to settle on the final recipe, which includes botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, elderflower and elderberries.
Sweet and floral notes work in harmony with resinous juniper and warming spiced citrus notes from coriander seeds.
