Roundwood Gin Bottling Note

This handcrafted London dry gin from Roundwood was inspired by the woodlands that surround the distillery in Cambridgeshire (in a building that was formerly a barn). It took two years of experimenting to settle on the final recipe, which includes botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, elderflower and elderberries.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Sweet and floral notes work in harmony with resinous juniper and warming spiced citrus notes from coriander seeds.

LOVE IT!
I LOVE your gin. I bought a bottle from a local food and drink fair. It is beautiful and I have just bought another two bottles! I love the elderberry and other tastes that come through even with a mixer. Well done you.

excellent gin
I have to say that I am not a gin lover and I came across the product first by chance at a food festival. Although the distillery is new, this is a super-premium gin where much care and research has obviously gone into the final product by the creator. Flavour is more fruity than earthy which you may not expect from the woodland images. Nevertheless, this is clearly a really good gin.
