Milk & Honey Levantine Bottling Note

With a base spirit made from 100% malted barley, Milk & Honey Levantine Gin gets its distinctive flavour profile from botanicals from a local market which are added, including cinnamon, chamomile, black pepper, lemon peel, verbena, coriander and hyssop. These are macerated for 48 hours before a third distillation, for ultimate smoothness. Terrific stuff from Tel Aviv in Israel.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lemon stands out, with a slow build of malty richness and rounded juniper.

Palate: Waxy peels, a subtle floral sweetness from the hyssop, coriander gives it some earthiness later on.

Finish: A finely balanced finish of juniper and lemon zest.

Milk & Honey Levantine Gin Reviews

Brilliant

A very fresh gin, the botanicals really shine through and the single malt spirit-base adds quite a bit of body and character.
