A gin produced in the Canary Island using Macaronesian botanicals and water filtered through local volcanic rocks. Botanicals used include juniper, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, lemon peel and orange peel. If you were wondering, the area of Macaronesia includes the Canary Island, Azores, Madeira, the Desertas Islands, the Selvagens Islands and Cape Verde.

I've drank 100s of gins yet this is my absolute favourite. So light and easy. I'd recommend a strongly flavoured acidic fruit garnish (my favourite is grapefruit) and a light tonic. At 35 quid from here this represents good value. At 20 euros from the airport its amazing.

I bought a bottle at the airport on the way home from a fab holiday. I couldn't wait to try it and I wasn't disappointed. It is a fantastic Gin and I would highly recommend it !
