All the way from Fife comes Gorse Gin, produced by Lundin Distilling. As you might expect from the name, there's a big ol' helping of (locally foraged!) gorse running through this tasty Scottish gin. To support the fantastic floral flavour, the distillers have enlisted the help of 17 other botanicals, including the likes of juniper, grapefruit, chamomile, elderflower, cinnamon and more.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Oily juniper, redcurrant, tangy orange and vibrant floral elegance. A touch of white pepper and cassia gives it an enjoyable warmth on the mid-palate, while heather continues the floral theme on the finish.
