Wild Knapp Gin

Wild Knapp Gin Bottling Note

Up in Herefordshire, husband and wife duo Jonny and Natalie set about collecting various fruits and herbs grown on the land surrounding the distillery, and Wild Knapp Gin was born! Foraged botanicals include quince, apple, pear, thyme, bay, rose, rosemary and elderberry. The small batch gin is presented in a handsomely square bottle, with appropriately leafy packaging. We're sure folks will go wild for a Gin & Tonic with this one, garnished with a slice of red apple and sprig of rosemary.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

A piney note from the juniper, supported by fresh aromatic herbs, prominent rosemary, delicate floral notes of rose and a balance of both sweet and tangy fresh orchard fruit.

Delicious
Recently met the distiller in their new premises in Hay on Wye and bought a bottle from them. Such a treat and a lovely couple behind this product. Will definitely be on a regular order for us. It’s delicious!

Fantastic local Gin from Hay
I bought a mini bottle during our summer break in Hay, and loved it. Will be getting a full size bottle when we visit next summer.

Very smooth
Such a smooth gin. You can taste all of the elements but it is still very much a juniper forward London Dry gin. Loved it.

New Favourite Gin
I was given a miniature of this gin as a birthday gift and just had to treat myself to a full size bottle. It's just deliciously smooth with such great flavour. Definitely my new favourite gin by far.

Beautiful taste to match the beautiful bottle!
Wow - beautiful taste to match the beautiful bottle! We tried this with a slice of apple and sprig of thyme as suggested and it was a really lovely smooth yet complex drink. Very different to anything else we've tried. We'll definitely be buying some more!

Wow
Saw this in the new editions to the site, sounded lovely and with only 2 left so quickly I guessed this would be a winner - very nice little gin. I'm serving with plain tonic and the suggested apple and rosemary (couldn't get a proper red apple as suggested so making do with a Jazz apple but seems fine to me!) although I think a strawberry would work in this too. Great little gin:D
