Exquisite

After seeing this gin win many awards at a local show I thought I must give it a try. I was not disappointed. This is a fine example of a dry gin made with careful consideration of balance of flavour. Absolutely exquisite

Incredible flavours!

This afternoon, I was in Hay-on-Wye and stopped in at the Hay Distillery. I had the Dr Beaky’s gin in a G&T and fell in love. As a 50+ yo, I’ve had a few G&Ts in my time and I have to say that I have NEVER had gin better than Dr Beaky’s. The slight smokinesses is unexpected but very welcome on the palate and adds a slight sweetness that compliments the other botanicals in a most unique and delicious manner. I would highly recommend, especially if you are an aficionado of smokey scotch or just a lover of tasty quality spirits.

Very tasty gin

Hi,
Just had this for Christmas as a present and wow what a great tasting gin. Very tasty but not overpowering and lovely with a low fat tonic which I have become used to over the last ten years.
Recommended to those that like Tarquin, Williams and Monkey 47 as similar in flavour/taste. It is Jan 10th and all gone!!

Smokey

The smokiness of this gin is really quite special. Not overriding but just finishes on the palate after wonderful notes from the herbal and citrus botanicals. Very warming and very delicious

Very unique

This gin is incredible! So different to anything I’ve tried before. Juniper forward with fascinating herbal notes and a smokey finish. I loved it.
