The "Adventurous Rye Rye Gentlemen" at the Kyrö Distillery in Isokyrö, Finland produce their very own gin using rye grain and the finest botanicals which give off a nose rich in meadow sweet, citrus, cumin and juniper. To follow it up, the palate develops subtle leafy and refreshing menthol notes. Top work, you adventurous Rye Rye Gentlemen!
Looking for a great gin for a G&T? Kyrö Gin was the inaugural winner of the IWSC Gin & Tonic Trophy in 2015!
Nose: A soft and succulent blend of creamy vanilla and angelica leads with help from deep, concentrated notes of juniper. An understated pink peppercorn spice sharpens orange blossom, among a herbal twinge of coriander root and cardamom seed.
Palate: The palate adds more floral and perfumed qualities, Parma Violets and a touch of rich heather, among bolder kicks of spice, which include a little cinnamon. Some marzipan icing develops with tinges of fresh lemon.
Finish: Quite short and impressively delicate.
Overall: An impressively mature, understated gin, reminiscent of classic styles.

Pricey, but well worth it. The lovely herbal flavours aren't as dominating as in Hendrick's gin. Perfect for G&T.

I love this Gin! not to sharp, not too perfumy but very herbal and is perfect with tonic (Fevertree Indian River), rosemary and lingonberries

My favourite! You can taste the salt air in the sea buckthorn and the pine and birch forests. A true Finnish delight.

A gin of many characters: a slight astringency similar to the character you'd expect from a rye whiskey - yet aromatic, with heady aromas of pine and cooling menthol on the finish.Long on the palate and an absolute (and particularly sophisticated feeling) pleasure.Pairs nicely with both quinine heavy AND sweeter/more fruity tonic waters.A real world beater.

Love love love it! This gin is my favourite all time. It has just the right amount of floral notes along with that wonderful juniper taste. Neat but great with elderflower tonic too.

As a juniper junkie and owner of a gin bar boasting more gin than is really necessary (lol), this has got to be my all time favourite...closely followed by Boatyard gin. Napue is what I recommend to gin novices and seasoned drinkers as it is suitable for most paletes, can be mixed or enjoyed neat. I personally drink it with a big wedge of grapefruit, juniper berries and a good tonic or a wafting of lemonade over lots of ice. I have converted some of our die hard Botanist and Deaths Door fans to this little gem and they have never looked back!! I usually buy one for my business and one for myself when buying from here...well it's just got to be done! :-) Enjoy!!! xxx

We made Paris 75 cocktails with this gin. Wow! This is a delight to the senses, especially as summer starts.

My go to gin, best of the best, what's always in the drinks cupboard. I drink it neat on the rocks. The rye is something special - it's not like you can taste it necessarily, but it's very fresh. Like an early autumn morning - you know what I mean?? I would wager it's vegan friendly (because these days I'm really sensitive to that sort of thing).
