Misty Isle Cill Targhlain Bottling Note
All the way from the Isle of Skye comes Misty Isle Cill Targhlain Gin, named after the original Gaelic name for the village of Portree (where the gin is made) – Kiltaraglen, or Cill Targhlain. As such, the gin itself has been created using a selection of local botanicals, including the likes of home grown coriander seeds, angelica root, meadowsweet stalks, blueberries, and sea orache grown on the shores of Loch Portree. A gin with a definite sense of place, this one.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Juicy blueberry sweetness, deftly balanced by robust juniper and coriander warmth, alongside a smidge of salinity.
