Hotspur Gin Bottling Note

A gin inspired by Harry Hotspur! Who knew that Medieval English fellow would still be inspiring us today? Both he and the gin share Northumbrian roots, with the tipple making use of locally foraged heather, bilberry and juniper, and is made in a still called Harry in batches of just 100 bottles. We're also big fans of the rather regal seal on the front of the bottle. It even has a sword on it - we love swords!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Juniper leads this dry gin, with classic citrus and gentle floral heather tones in support.

Hotspur Gin Reviews

Just go and buy it and see for yourself

Am I really the first to review this Gin? What can I say? I am primarily a malt whisky man, most Gins taste similar to me, but not this one! For a start its not understrength, a big plus. Second, it really has a very distinctive taste, again unusual for Gin, but subtle flavours and the citrus hit are spot on here and give the whole thing a lift above the normal. Pick your own tonic, the Gin will rise above it, excellent quality, well done!
