Gothic Gin Bottling Note
A well travelled gin indeed. Gothic Gin takes its name from Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, where founder Chris Klug first tried his hand at gin making - and found out he was rather good at it. Back in Petaluma, California, corn-based neutral spirit is used to create a sweeter base, with Valencian orange and Portuguese eucalyptus featuring alongside classic gin botanicals. These all get treated to a London dry style distillation in a 1000L copper still, resulting in a gin that's superbly smooth, with eucalyptus and orange shining throughout. Appreciate the true quality of this gin in a Dry Martini, or neat over ice.
